Once an order has been placed (via phone, fax or e-mail), a certified Notary Public will be assigned to your transaction.
Your client will be advised of the Notary's contact information if appointment changes need to be made.
Loan documents can be picked up from your office, sent directly to your client or e-mailed to us for prompt execution.
A certified Notary Public will meet with your client in the privacy of their home, office or other location to go over the documents and have the documents executed.
With our "Chain of Custody" principal, our Notary will escort the completed documents for further delivery (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc..) to your specified destination.
Once delivered, Platinum Notary will fax you a 'Confirmation Report'.
